Support Request Process

DynaSis wants to welcome you to our team. We are dedicated to providing unsurpassed IT service and support to our customers and we are confident that you have made the right choice to partner with us. As a new customer, we want to be sure that you have all of the contact information you will need to request service or support from our team of Microsoft Certified Engineers.

Below you will find the various methods by which you can get in touch with us:
If you have not setup a login for the Customer Portal please call 770.569.4600 and dial option 2 for support.

    You will be able to submit service requests, check the status of your service request, update contact information and search previous service requests in the Knowledge Base. For a login password, please click on “forgot password” and one will be e-mailed back to you.

  3. Call DynaSis at 770.569.4600.
  4. Please Note: For all emergency and afterhours support requests, please call 770.569.4600 ext 504 for the most timely support. The on-call engineer will be paged, return your call, and address the issue promptly.

    The after-hours support mailbox should be reserved for business critical support requests that cannot wait until the next business day.

    Choose “option 2” for Technical Support to access our “Voice to Ticket” system. Your voicemail will be converted to text and placed directly on our helpdesk “live” board for fast response. If you wish to speak to a coordinator, dial option 3. Your call will be answered immediately by one of our dedicated Support Coordinators. In the event of high call volume, you will be placed in a queue and answered by the first available coordinator. The coordinator will be able to place a ticket, schedule a visit, or answer any non-technical questions you may have.

    Once a DynaSis engineer closes your work order, you will receive a an email indicating that the service request has been completed. If you need further assistance with that issue, simply respond to that email and the helpdesk will be notified and call you back. Please fill out the accompanying survey. All responses are eligible for monthly prizes and the feedback you provide is valuable to us in maintaining the highest possible service levels.
