This system tracks all service calls from inception to completion while notifying management of problems or delays. All service calls are followed up by your support coordinator to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Clients are assigned a VCIO to help them create a technology road map so they can be better equipped to plan for technology needs and align them with the business goals. VCIO’s hold regular meetings with clients to check on service performance and satisfaction.
