Customer satisfaction is our top priority — and we measure it every single month
Every month, we poll our customers to see how happy they are with their DynaSis managed IT services. We ask a variety of questions and our customers rank us on a scale from 1 to 5 (with 5 being the best) on several aspects of our performance including the responsiveness and helpfulness of our support staff, help desk engineers and on-site technicians.
These questionnaires help us measure not only our successes but also our areas for improvement and give us a customer-centric perpective on our service.
