Brad Bromelow refers to himself as the “oil in the gears” that keeps departments, engineers, processes and technologies functioning optimally at DynaSis. He was the firm’s sixth employee and has had the opportunity to create, work within, and establish nearly every aspect of the firm’s service delivery model. He developed many of the staff positions that did not exist before DynaSis grew from a fledgling firm into a recognized model of service excellence and customer care.
Until he joined DynaSis in 1998, Brad owned his own company. His expertise as an operations guru evolved from the skills he learned as a business owner, combined with his nurturing of an intuitive interest in technology. One might consider him a customer service architect, as he used his knowledge of business, employee and customer relations to help create DynaSis’ successful service delivery process.
Brad has always enjoyed “figuring out stuff,” and there is no doubt he has figured out his place in the technology industry. He devotes much of his time mentoring his staff to be the best they can be in delivering top-notch services to DynaSis customers. Prior to launching his professional career, Brad attended Indian River State College in Martin County, FL.
