Founder & President

Dave Moorman founded DynaSis in 1992 with these fundamentals in mind: great performance and value in IT solutions.  Not settling for either/or – Dave wanted both. The company grew quickly, also acquiring several other tech companies along the way. Then, in 2003, working with Ant Farm, Moorman originated a process for the Managed Services industry which has flourished into industry-standard best practices, and is now replicated by hundreds of service providers across the country. In 2005, DynaSis became one of the first—and still most respected—cloud computing solutions in the industry. Dave is also active in a group of C-Level executives of more than a dozen tech companies from across the country who work together developing and sharing industry leading solutions to tech problems on the horizon. In 2015, the group developed an industry leading 12-layer solution to the current cyber-security problems generated by the use of crypto-viruses.

Chas Arnold

Partner, EVP Business Development

Chas Arnold is a seasoned CIO with a drive for action, results, and deliverables, along with his personal desire to provide the very best solutions and services for his clients. Arnold also shares executive responsibility for the company’s strategic development and has earned technical certifications from Citrix, Microsoft, VMWare, Dell, SonicWare and many others. During his more than 20 years in the IT industry, he has designed more than 1,000 IT environments. Arnold has racked up accolades such as the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce Small Business Person of the Year award and the Harry Rucker Jr. Volunteer of the Year Award, which he shares with his partner Dave Moorman.

Brad Bromelow

VP Operations

One might think that DynaSis’ Brad Bromelow can make something out of nothing.  He joined DynaSis in 1998, just a few years after its young start, to develop a staff that did not yet exist, and delivery models that had not yet been formulated. An operations guru, he created both and today continues to ratchet up departments, engineers, processes and technologies, moving them from excellent to most excellent.  Bromelow’s skills make him the “oil in the gears” that moves products and plans through the processes which, from a client’s point of view, become sustainable, protected solutions. Brad devotes much of his time mentoring the staff to be the best they can be in delivering top-notch services to DynaSis customers.

Andy Dunlop

VP Network & Data Center Operations

Andy Dunlop joined DynaSis in 1996 as a Network Engineer, but his outstanding design work during a major technology expansion period for the company was instrumental in his assuming his current position. Today, he oversees DynaSis’ core cloud infrastructure and Network Operations for the company. A United States Marine Corps veteran who served during Operations Desert Shield/Storm and Restore Hope, Dunlop has more than 20 years experience in information technology, including roles in design, engineering, and management.  He has developed core technologies of the DynaSis cloud portfolio including email security, application hosting and managed cloud services, all of which are integral parts of DynaSis’ client solutions.

Nate Harris

Nate Harris joined DynaSis in February of 2008 as the Support Desk Team Lead.  Throughout his tenure, he has taken on increased responsibility leading to his current position.  In this role, he oversees all support delivery functions and personnel.  Nate developed the current DynaSis business intelligence systems that ensure performance and goals are met for all DynaSis clients. He also hires, trains, mentors and drives his team to exceed expectations and SLAs (Service Level Agreements).  Before coming to DynaSis, Harris spent five years managing enterprise-wide technical projects at The Home Depot. The scope of these projects ranged from a few hundred endpoints to thousands.  Nate is process driven and constantly works to ensure continuing service improvement as the company continues to grow.

Solutions Architect

Larry has worked in the IT industry for almost 20 years, including teaching college level A+ certification, where he honed the skills necessary for presenting highly complex technical information to a mostly non-technical audience. Larry has earned top industry certifications, including CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, Cisco CCDA, VMware VCP, Microsoft MCP, ShoreTel, Cisco and Mitel VoIP Telephony. Larry started as the 4th Engineer at DynaSis in 2000, and has since been Field Engineer, Service Manager, Professional Services Engineer and Director of Professional Services.  Having installed and supported 500+ business technology solutions, it was a natural progression to his current role of Solutions Architect, in which he designs DynaSis’ clients IT Infrastructure solutions.

Marcus Berquist

Installation Services Project Manager

Marcus Berquist joined DynaSis in 2010 as a Field Services Engineer. Due to the rapport he established with both clients and co-workers, as well as his attention to detail, thoroughness and detailed documentation in the performance of IT tasks and projects, he was soon promoted to Installation Services Engineer, and eventually to the Installation Services Project Manager role that he currently occupies.  Working with DynaSis’ dedicated installation engineers, he project manages new projects from start to finish.  Marcus has 10 years of experience in Information Technology including Help Desk, Server Administrator and Network Engineering.  His IT experience includes constituency services for the United States Congress, the Massachusetts Port Authority, and the US Army.

Support Manager

Chip’s 25 years experience in the IT Industry has prepared him as DynaSis’ Support Manager. Beginning with ten years of service in the United States Air Force, providing technical support for squadron commanders and staff, then moving to the private sector as an Installation and Training Manager, Chip has added numerous certifications to his resume. He has advanced his career at several companies, landing at DynaSis in 2009 as a Network Operations Engineer. Shortly afterwards he was promoted to Senior Systems Administrator, directing a team supporting over 125 clients, with a 96+% customer satisfaction rate. Today he is the company’s Support Manager, overseeing overall support quality and development planning for all support personnel, including career pathing for the DynaSis support team.
