Q: Can you tell me about the on-site service?
A: Our on-site VOIP service is one of our VOIP systems that offer businesses access to the equipment used. Our on-site service allows a company to have all of the equipment in their office.

Q: Do on-site VOIP systems require a dedicated Internet connection?
A: Yes. Our on-site VOIP systems require a dedicated Internet connection.

Q: Who are on-site services suited for?
A: VOIP service is best suited for companies that desire access to their equipment. On-site VOIP is also beneficial to companies that deal with private and confidential information. Having the equipment in the building makes sure voice servers are secure. We offer user-friendly interfaces to make deployment of our services and equipment easy and cost-effective.

Q: Can you tell me about the hosted service?
A: Our hosted VOIP systems do not require special equipment. All of the equipment is provided in our data centers. Because the equipment is in our data centers, you are not required to maintain or update the software of the services; we do it for you.

Q: Is a dedicated Internet connection required for hosted services?
A: No. You do not need a dedicated Internet connection to use our hosted services.

Q: Why would any business consider VOIP systems in comparison to traditional phone services?
